Q: Is the agent responsible for taking the pictures and updating the tour?

A: You create an individual PictureShow for every listing you need one for. You take your own Pictures, upload these pictures and include your own text. The pictures and text can be changed/updated at anytime by you from any computer with internet access and a web browser. You are in total control from start to finish.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: There is a one-time account setup charge of $100. Account setup is immediate and you can start creating PictureShows within your account right away. Your PictureShow account allows you to create as many PictureShows as you desire for a flat $20/month. Yes, that's it. Now you can safely budget your virtual tour expenses for the entire year...isn't that great?

Q: Can I create sample tours to show to a potential seller?

A: Sure you can, we absolutely encourage it. Show a seller why they should list with you. A PictureShow will help you stand out from the crowd.

Q: How many templates are available for the tour?

A: We have several templates available and more on the way. Feel free to choose which ever matches your logo best. If you do not find one that matches your desired color scheme, let us know and we'll get to working on one for you right away.

Q: Is a web site required or can we use the technology/software on our current site?

A: Yes you can use the technology on YOUR site. This is the beauty of the PictureShow tour. As long as you have access to the internet and a web browser, you can create PictureShows. Place the link for each PictureShow on your site or anywhere you please and you’re done. A visitor browsing your site will then be able to click on the link provided and see the PictureShow Virtual tour that you have created. Q: Can the individual tour be uploaded to my MLS?

A: Yes each individual tour can be uploaded to your MLS in the same manner that you would upload any other tour like ipix etc.


Q: Can the tour be burned on a CD or saved on a disk?

A: These tours are designed totally on the web to be as flexible and as accessible as possible. We can however convert it to be self-contained so that they can be viewed without the use of the internet and can be stored on disk etc. We do these on an individual basis, just ask. And of course, you can make as many copies as you like.


Q: What about realtor.com?

A: Yes all your PictureShow tours can be uploaded to your listings on Realtor.com.


Q: What is the average download time for dial-up, DSL, cable?

A: Average download time depends on how many pictures are in the PictureShow. The average PictureShow contains about 10 to 12 images and takes about 2 to 4 seconds to load on DSL or Cable, about 10 seconds on dial-up

Q: What are the additional costs, if any?

A: There are no additional costs to having an account and creating unlimited PictureShows.
